Blackberry 9300 Curve 3G Review

After many months of rumours and waiting, we are extremely close to the release of the much anticipated Blackberry 9300 3G Sim Free Unlocked mobile phone! From our previews we can guarantee that you will not be disappointed by this new and improved Smartphone from Blackberry. The Blackberry Curve 9300 3G offers a more powerful processor than its predecessors, supporting GSM Quad band network, HSDPA wireless data and built in WiFi and GPS. The Blackberry 9300 3G also boasts a 320×240 pixel, 2.4 inch TFT screen which is larger than the Blackberry 8900 Curve, with a higher resolution. Interestingly, the Curve 9300 3G is currently operating on Blackberry OS 5.0, but it is rumoured that this will be upgraded to OS 6.0 after the handset’s release.

From initial viewing, it was clear that the Blackberry Curve 9300 3G is similar in appearance to the Blackberry Bold 9700, but provides a rounder, sleeker QWERTY keyboard in a stylish silver casing. As expected from Blackberry, navigation was made seamlessly easy with the touch sensitive optical trackball, allowing us to glide through a range of the Blackberry Applications available.

From our testing it was clear that Blackberry’s Curve 9300 3G offered all of the best features from Blackberry, including practically unlimited phonebook entries, handy organiser and easy to use voice memo. We could also easily capture photographs and videos on the improved 3.12 mega pixel camera and share them via email, instant messaging or good old-fashioned MMS messaging services. We were also pleased to see an MP3/MP4 media player and a range of games for our entertainment.
