The Leap is an affordable smartphone with a touchscreen and a modern design, minus the QWERTY keyboard. The Leap keyboard learns how the user writes and will rectify any mistakes. The device features BlackBerry® Blend which allows the user to receive emails, texts and BBM on any device.

Aimed at young professionals, who are more familiar with touchscreen displays, and at companies who need top level security and privacy, the Leap has  been equipped with  support for encryption, together with built in malware protection and back up, wipe and restore capabilities.
