The new Nokia Lumia 530, which follows on from the Lumia 520, is an affordable Windows Phone 8.1 handset. It has a 4 inch LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 854 x 480p and is powered by a fast quad core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and Microsoft’s operating system.  With its 1430mAh battery you can expect up to 10 hours of talk time and 22 days on standby.

The Lumia 530 has 4GB of internal storage which can be increased by an additional 128GB via microSD card. The device includes Shazam, Office and Facebook  together with Vine and Instagram Beta apps. The new device has a 5 megapixel camera which is the same as its predecessor, the Lumia 520, but does not match the 20 megapixel camera of the Lumia 930.
