We ensure a secure service; all Orders shipped domestically and internationally are covered & insured for loss and damage.

Your package must be signed for by someone at the recipient’s address. If you’re not physically present at the shipping address, a re-attempt delivery will be made or your package will be stored at a collection depot near to you.

Duties and Tax: does not charge sales tax for items being shipped to any address outside The European Union. For sales to international countries such as the United States, the price to pay is displayed as Excluding V.A.T (providing a saving of 20%).

Please note that for all international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import duties.

We accept international orders online and use a variety of couriers, including Fed-Ex UPS and DHL, to make sure your parcel arrives quickly and safely. All Orders shipped domestically and internationally are covered & insured for loss and damage.

How much is shipping to my country:

Shipping quotes depend on the country and courier service selected. To view your courier rates please add your item to the basket and select your country.

Note: You may exit the checkout process anytime. You are not obligated to complete the order if you are not satisfied with what you have reviewed. Final shipping cost includes handling and package insurance charges.

How long will shipping take: usually ships all orders within 1-3 business days from the time we receive your payment. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays. To increase your chances of same day shipping, we ask that you place your orders before our shipping cut-off time of 3.00pm GMT. All orders placed online and by phone after our cut off time will be shipped on the following business day.

If we are shipping your purchase outside of the U.K, please be reminded that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery as a result of inspection delays in your country’s customs agency.

You will be provided a ‘tracking number’ once your item has left our warehouse.
