Is the Galaxy Note 7 Samsung’s most durable device yet?

Whilst the release of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 did not go quite as smoothly as the South Korean tech company may have hoped for, the handset has not disappointed in terms of specification and durability.

Extreme tester Gizmoslip (who posts ‘Creative and fun tech durability tests weekly on Youtube’) recently froze the phablet and tested the device via a 100ft drop.

*spoiler alert*

The results were surprising:

The Galaxy Note 7 was in fact the first Samsung device to ever survive this form of testing from the YouTube star. The handset surpassed expectations, surviving this ordeal without even a scratch on the 5.7 inch Super AMOLED display.
