The design is what you would expect from Apple – high quality and very visually appealing. The casing has been broken up with darker sections of glass at the top and the bottom that frame the screen. Thankfully the glass on the back is Sapphire glass, which is supposed to be as durable as the gorilla glass on the front. This will come as a relief to those iPhone 4 and 4s users who experienced cracked screens and backs in the past. The iPhone 5 is certainly tougher and much more user friendly.
Connectivity and Performance
The iPhone 5 has next-generation mobile data and wireless connectivity and an improved antenna means you don’t have to worry about lost signals anymore. There is also a new lightening port which has been updated from the 3-pin connector for which Apple is known for. If you have an old docking station you will need to update it to a newer model in order for your new iPhone 5 to fit.
The iSight camera within the iPhone 5 is one of the world’s most popular camera. With 8MP, 1/3.2 sensor size, 1.4 µm pixel size, simultaneous HD video and image recording, touch focus, geo-tagging, face detection, panorama and HDR photo, it is like having a compact digital camera in your pocket.
Offering a 4 inch screen, with 640 x 1136 pixel resolution you will be able to browse online, play games, watch videos and more.
