The Cat S40 has a large 3000mAh battery giving up to 18 hours of talk time and 39 days of standby time. The device features 4G ultra fast data, NFC, GPS and an industry relevant app store. Running on Android Lollipop 5.1, the device comes with 1GB RAM, 16GB of built in storage and has a 1.1GHz quad-core processor. There’s also support for Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi and GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS.

The Cat S40 measures 144.9 x 74.1 12.5mm and weighs in at 185 grams. The device meets the US military MIL-STD-810G specification meaning it is resistant to transport and thermal shock, salt, vibration and solar radiation. It is also dust and waterproof with an IP68 certification and drop proof up to 1.8 metres, perfect for anyone working in a tough environment or who loves the outdoor life.
