Design and Durability
HTC's One Mini 2 measures 5.41 x 2.56 x 0.42 inches and weighs 137 grams. It is built of aluminium and glass with rounded edges which feel comfortable in the hand. A plastic frame surrounds the screen and extends to the back of the device. The HTC One Mini 2 arrives in three different colours, gunmetal grey, silver and gold.
The HTC One Mini 2 has a 13 megapixel rear camera with a single LED flash. Images have a resolution of 4128 x 3096 and the device has HDR, Panorama, geo-tagging and image effects. The One Mini 2 has a 5 megapixel front facing camera with a BSI sensor and a dedicated selfie mode. Face detection recognises a face straight away and will track it across the frame and the face detection setting is always on in the settings.
Offering great image quality and viewing angles, the HTC One Mini 2 has a 4.5 inch display with a resolution of 720 x 1280, resulting in a pixel density of 326ppi.
Battery and Connectivity
The HTC One Mini 2 has a 2110 mAh battery and should provide up to 16 hours of talk time and 550 hours of standby time. The device includes dual band Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS and GLONASS. The One Mini 2 has 16GB internal storage and a microUSB port together with a 3.5 mm audio jack. The HTC One Mini 2 is powered by the Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
