The device is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and has ClearBlack technology which gives deeper blacks and better viewing angles. The large screen is perfect for watching videos, gaming or viewing your photos.

Microsoft Lumia 640 XL includes a 1.2 GHz Quad Core Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM and arrives with Windows Phone 8.1 and the Lumia Denim update, allowing you to enjoy Action Centre, WordFlow and Live Folders. There is 8GB of storage which can be expanded to 128GB via microSD. Enjoy a free one year subscription to Office365 and 1TB of OneDrive storage, with 60 minutes of Skype calls per month worldwide. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook together with OneNote are all preinstalled.
Design
The Lumia 640 XL measures 6.22 x 3.21 x 0.35 inches and weighs 6.03 ounces. With an exchangeable back cover, the device is available only in matte colours, cyan, orange, white, or black. The 640XL uses on screen buttons for navigation leaving the front of the phone clutter free. It features Double-tap to wake, Glance Screen, Vibrating alerts, Voice Commands and word Flow Keyboard.

On the rear of the Lumia 640 XL is the 13 megapixel camera with ZEISS optics and an LED flash. The device has a 5 megapixel selfie/Skype call camera with a wide-angle 24mm lens. Both cameras record 1080p video
