LG launches the new K4 and K10

Two new models from LG, the K4 and K10 have been launched. Unveiled at CES 2016, the new K series offers advanced camera features and a premium look. Both smartphones run Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The glossy pebble designed LG K10 comes with a 5.3 inch HD display, a 13 megapixel main camera and an 8 megapixel front camera. The cameras come with gesture shot and flash for selfie producing great images whatever the lighting conditions. The woven back on the device provides optimal grip and is complemented by 2.5D Arc Glass giving a smooth seamless look. The K10 is powered by a 2300mAh battery and comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB of storage.

The K4 is a budget friendly entry level device with a 4.5 inch 854 x 480 pixel IPS LCD display for perfect gaming. With its gentle curves and textured back the device has a premium feel. There’s 8GB of storage, LTE connectivity and a removable 1940mAh battery. The device features a 5 megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash. There’s a 2 megapixel front camera providing the perfect selfie.

Both handsets are targeted at the budget conscious wanting value for money. “Our newest K Series is designed for our consumers to experience LG’s premium design philosophy and optimised mobile experience across disparate smartphone categories” said Juno Cho, President and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.
