HTC have released two new and impressive additions to their Desire Android range today, the HTC Desire Z and the HTC Desire HD, both of which are available for purchase on Unlocked-mobiles.com. If you are a fan of HTC’s previous handsets, including the ever popular HTC Wildfire or the HTC Desire original then you won’t be disappointed.
Whilst the HTC Desire HD is similar in design to the HTC Legend, it manages to pack a mighty punch in the world of audio-visual and easily matches the HD offerings of the similarly designed Samsung Galaxy S. With the HTC Desire HD you will receive an incredible combination of an 8 mega pixel camera and a 720p High Definition video recorder, all viewable on the impressive 4.3 inch touch screen. With the addition of Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) you can even share these HD photos and videos not only on your PC but on your HD TV, making it perfect for capturing and enjoying special moments over and over again.
The HTC Desire Z’s selling point is a neatly packaged and stylish Z-slider QWERTY keyboard with a highly responsive 3.7 inch touch screen. Navigation is also made easy on the Desire Z with the in-built trackpad. Whilst the HTC Desire Z does offer a comparable 720p HD video recorder, you do loose a few megapixels from the Desire HD, with a smaller, but still credible 5 mega pixel camera.
The new additions to the HTC Desire range offer equivalent features, including GPS, all of the benefits of the Android platform with HTC Sense, Bluetooth 2.1 and Wi-fi connectivity. Both the HTC Desire Z and the Desire HD also include Windows Media Audio 9, supporting an impressive range of music formats including. We were also impressed with sound quality thanks to the Dolby Mobile Sound Enhancement. Video playback is also pleasing with both handsets offering playback forall types of files on Windows Media Video 9.
We were also delighted to see that both of the new additions to the HTC Desire range offer an internal memory of 1.5 GB. If that wasn’t enough to store music files and those high definition snapshots, HTC provide an incredible 8 gigabyte Micro SD card with both handsets.
Overall, we are pleased to declare that HTC will not disappoint HTC fans, as these new additions to the Desire range definitely live up to the hype, speculation and rumours that have been circulating our offices over the past few weeks. We can guarantee these will be creating a storm in the Android world, so act fast to purchase the most current and feature packed handsets the mobile market has to offer.
