Design
The Moto X Force measures 149.8 x 78 x 7.6mm and weighs in at 169grams. The premium feel device has a metal frame and with Moto Maker you will be able to customise colours to make the device your own. The X Force is IP68 certified, being dust and water resistant up to 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes.
Connectivity and Performance
Powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chip, the device comes with 3GB RAM and a massive 3740mAh battery providing up to 48 hours of mixed usage. There is also a turbo charging feature giving 13 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes. There’s 32GB of storage with a microSD card slot which can take up to 2TB. Connectivity options include NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G.
Camera
The Motorola Moto X Force comes with a 21 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front facing camera with flash, perfect for selfies in low light conditions. There is also a dual LED flash at the back of the device. The Moto X Force features Face Detection, Burst Mode, Panorama, Touch Focus and Geo-tagging. It can also shoot 2160p video at 30fps.
ShatterShield technology
The Moto X Force has a 5.4 inch QHD display with five layers of Moto ShatterShield technology. An aluminium core makes up the base layer followed by a flexible AMOLED display to provide durability. Following on is a dual touch layer followed by a fourth layer of the interior glass, covered by a factory fitted screen protector to protect against everyday scratches. This final layer can be removed if necessary and replaced when worn.
