The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 was announced recently and the South Korean tech firm have high hopes that the top end specs will distract from last year’s battery disaster.

We have lived through months of speculation, rumours and leaked renders of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, but the wait for this anticipated release is nearly over.

Samsung accidentally published the Galaxy Note 8 on its US website days before the official announcement is due. Whilst the post was only live for a few seconds, eagle eyed viewers managed to screen shot the details for our information.

Tech YouTuber Tim Schofield published the listing, showing a complete hardware overhaul with thanks to a huge Infinity Display (18.5:9 aspect ratio).

We even got a sneaky look at the rear of the device, which confirms the use of a rear mounted fingerprint sensor and dual cameras.

We can also expect the internal storage to increase to 64GB and the expected stylus will continue to be a main feature for the Note range.

Samsung are clearing aiming high with their upcoming Galaxy Note 8 if you are to believe their latest teaser video.

Rumours are circulating of a 1.6GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 6.30-inch touchscreen display (1440x 2960 resolution), 3300mAh non removable battery, 64 GB internal (expandable) memory. The Cameras are likely to be 12 MP rear camera, 8 MP selfie camera and there’s thoughts dual SIM capabilities too.

Samsung are also likely to pack in 6gB of RAM, with connectivity options to include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Headphones, 3G and 4G.
